Ha ha Nice one!

Well I wish you guys all the best and truly hope your problem sorted out soon.

today was late opening 7.45ish and no steam room - Maintenance sign up (ha ha let's see how long this service will be out of action).

I know things can go wrong and break with use but it's the return to service speed that indicates just how on the ball a company is.

I am one of the victim and it involved two of us as my gf and I joined that fitness centre and after a year it also auto debit in my credit card....we are so troubled and we sure will let the whole world know about this.....

please kindly update on the progress of going to the consumer association...I would like to join as well...

frankly speaking i don't know she is either "black" or "white".... or the lady boss is truly a good actress. she liked to say due to the new management and so and so...... Now i know she is behind all this.....I even get a cheque from her...but today i just found out that they stop the payment......my cheque was returned.... i will get more authorities to help on this matter as it is breach of trust in consumer act....okay, i decided to let more parties know about this matter.....can we gather together and put our voice together so that we got our money back??????

finally 1st dec 09.we 4 member all won the this case ,fintness center have 30 days have to paid us , full amount . and if they did not paid us. we will go another higher lever to sue them.

first u directly goto menara ansar 17th floor , the one have court one, then before u go please bring along credit card statement, ic photostate , clarkhatch agreement , and clarkhatch agree to pay u , and the cheaque was returned. then u have to wrote a story about it,then u have to bring the one form to clarkhatch to let them to chop and sign . then u have to wait the date to the court ..

Hi guys,

I am also a member of Clark Hatch City Square, last time I as dealing with a guy called Ben, and I believe this guy was the one who management the place, under his management i gym was very bad but i know he had left. I can now see improvement from the service and facilities. I when to Excite at Danga City mall, the place is sub standard. Plus only Clark Hatch at City Square and Permas Jaya have Les Mills Classes in Johor. I still think they are the best.

Fitness Industry is very new in JB, it take a while for the management to settle down, but is really good to see that at least some company is putting effort try to make a good fitness center. I was a fitness first member in KL but originally from JB, I can never dream of JB have such a big fitness center plus the equipment is really unbelievable!!!! I love it. Plus the les mills classes they offer and the standard of the Instructor I still think we are lucky to have something like this in JB

Hi Guys, joined Clark Hatch For over a year now, I am still a very happy member, the club is incredible!!! I agreed with you the equipment they have is better than anywhere else I see, especially in JB. The instructors they have, espcially the one i think from egypt - Ahmad, wow it take some very dedicated people to have a body like that, I saw the transformation of some of his client, is really amazing!! I am seriously thinking about taking PT from hi,m, anyone know the rate?

Anyone has any idea how is Excite compared to Clark Hatch.

It seems like there are so many bitter people in Clark Hatch. So do you guys just quit working out because the service sucked?1
